Injuries From the Stations
Low back pain after sled push and sandbag lunges. Knee pain from burpee broad jumps and wall balls. Shoulder and elbow irritation from sled pull and farmers carry. Calf and Achilles trouble from running on legs the stations have already emptied.
Each one gets a real exam, hands-on work where it opens a door, and loading in the same session. The goal is not rest. It is finding what you can still train while the injured tissue calms down.
